Yep. They hire loads straight out of undergrad. You won't have the most glamourous job at first, but in this market, Harvard MBAs don't, either.
Science background isn't important. Just be able to think analytically and present yourself very well, as for any major client services firm. Spend a lot of time getting to know the website: the firm has a pretty unique culture.
