I have encountered this in my job search. I recently graduated with an MBA from a very good b-school.....perfect for my needs as a career changer as they offered great internship opportunities.....but it is not one of the "top 10 schools". Despite my work experience with tier 1 companies, I am finding it difficult getting my resume reviewed. One |

Sorry....accidentally posted without completing my train of thought......
Any way...one HR recruiter outrightly told me that her consulting firm....name withheld....only considered candidates from top 10 schools. I wonder what this narrow minded approach does for diversity of thought in thw rokplace since everyone is basically a cookie-cut image.
I would really like to hear from other MBA's with similar experiences and how they have been able to overcome this hurdle.....
