University elitism in consulting |

I worked as a management consultant for three years, just finished my master's, and am applying to consulting firms again. Here's my question: I went to Georgetown undergrad, because I wanted to study international relations, but have since become more interested in business. I was accepted everywhere I applied, including Yale, Princeton, etc., and have been told by contacts at a couple firms now of their "Ivy League Only" or "Top 10 Schools only" hiring policies (if unwritten). SO, to get my resume past the initial computer-checks, I'm considering putting "Accepted to ..." and listing some of those highest-ranking schools.
This strikes me as terribly arrogant and ridiculous, but with how much things are computerised these days maybe necessary. Any else have thoughts?
