are there any patterns in those monitor resumes? for example are most the folks at a certain experience level or is it pretty much across the boards?
Additionally, what is your perceived value of those folks with prior experience at Monitor? Any thoughts would be appreciated. |

I can't give you an unbiased answer on the types of resumes because the resumes were sent to us regarding a position for an experienced pre-MBA consultant. As a result, I can only comment on resumes with 1-3 years of experience.
Those people that made it through the screening process were both intelligent and articulate.
My group is healthcare-focused, and several months ago we were looking for consultants with prior work in this industry. The Monitor people who had this experience did not impress us, however. I can't really say whether it was the individuals or the training.
