You say that ACN is not recruiting at your school, so you are thinking of apply at one of the consulting firms, instead.
I think that consulting is a much better career than IT Services / IT Operations. Much of this kind of work is moving to India anyway. Rather than spending the first 3 or 4 years at an IT Services company (like ACN, as you mentioned), you should consider looking at consulting firms as well. You may discover that consulting is more to your liking.
So the fact that ACN did not recruit at your school is probably a good thing for you. It may get you to think about other industries (like, as I said, consulting).
One other thing. There may be a reason why ACN was not recruiting at your school. ACN may be one of the fastest growing IT outsourcing companies, but the trend right now is to hire less and less people from North America and Europe and hire more and more in Asia, particularly for their Bangalore, India office which has grown 120% in staff size over the past 18 months. So ACN is probably picking up the recruiting in India and reducing it in North America.
