I'm currently working for AC in the change mgmt (now called Organization and Human Performance) competency. After about a years worth of experience (mainly in training strategy and development, also in communications, culture & behavior, portal, SAP), I am looking forward to a job hop. My reason? Because I am not building any new, hot, marketable skills. I am looking for a more technical, marketable role.
Where can these skills take me?
