Without writing a book, I'll attempt to explain my situation effectively. I am a college senior and I am particularly interested in Deloitte and Tousche- I have a family member that works for them here in Kansas City. This past weekend I went and looked at the 1-year MBA program at Kellogg in Chicago. I'll graduate a year from this December...two main questions I have- Would it be wise to (if accepted) immediately pursue my MBA at Kellogg, or should I spend some time getting experience before getting an MBA? Secondly, what would be a good industry/specific job that would help me gain knowledge while still leading me down a path a consulting firm would find valuable? Thanks so much for any advice...I do appreciate it!
