Are consulting firms interested in individuals who have a JD/legal background instead of an MBA? Just wondering b/c after spending the summer as a clerk in a large Florida law firm, I've decided that practicing law is just not for me. I'm now looking into consulting - that's what I originally looked into as an undergrad.
Also, would someone with a law degree pull a higher starting salary than someone straight out of undergrad? I'm concerned b/c I just turned down a 90-95K starting salary & bonus.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks...
