fancy wool slacks with a pattern. Dress shirt (not white) with open collar (no tie). And a blue blazer. leather dress belt. Dress shoes, not wingtips. Maybe plain brown or black leather in shape of a wingtip, but without the pattern.
The suit without tie is fine too. (little more formal.)
If you want to go less formal, you could go with khackis vice wool slacks, go with a fancy (patterned) polo shirt.
