At the risk of sounding like a bitter ex-employee, DO NOT WORK HERE.
Management has a history of lying to new and prospective hires (...no they do NOT do strategy consulting, but plain old IT implementation - whatever they might say), and continues to do so. The fact that they have had over 100 percent turnover over the past year and a half is a testament to the fact that they are doing something wrong.
Hopefully, all you college soon-to-be-grads are doing your research and will not be as starry eyed coming out as I was.

I too had the misfortune of being employed by Tigris, a "consulting" firm based out of New York and Chicago. For all you college students out there -- when Tigris comes to your career fair, avoid this company like the plague.
Management is inept and treats their employees poorly; the company sells themselves as a consulting firm, yet is essentially a mediocre data shop; and the firm has averaged 100% turnover over the past 3-4 years. Since it was founded in 1996, Tigris may no longer be considered a "startup"... but they cluelessly make every attempt to stay the size of one. Avoid at all costs. In this market, there are far better jobs out there.
