Hi there,
I was wondering about whether it is advisable to do a number of trial interviews at companies you don't really want to work for before having a session with your favourite employment prospect. I mean, practicing cases etc. in a real interview obviously makes you more experienced in dealing with this kind of situation, but could this also
backfire heavily if your true intention becomes obvious. |

I agree with all the previous posters, but they do say practice makes perfect!
If you are interested in doing mock interviews over the phone, check out the "interview practice mate" thread on this board. Mock interviews over the phone can be a cheap and non-controversial way of achieving at least a big part of what you are likely looking for (practicing cases, etc.).
Good luck!
