What are the differences between the 3 firms? Is it the culture? Type of work? Hours? Pay? What exactly?

When a partner of one company gain a lot of power among its clients but don??t receive sufficient money from the company, it is time to open his/her own business, keep working a lot but earning more money. The three companies are almost the same. If you have the profile for working as consultant in one of the three, you can work in the others two.
