Remember, the largest firms in consulting are the IT and accountancy firms - Accenture, PWC, CGEY, etc.

*I'm willing to bet my last dollar that small firms also have disgruntled employees.
Sm. Firms give you more responsibility and intersting work sooner.
You can also get a college degree in 18 months. But hey i'll put in the four years at a good university because i'm sure about its quality.
Same thing for "larger" reputable corporations, you're sure about the quality of training. Sometimes you have to do the grunt work to know how to do the "better" work.
As for an MBA, well if its from a reputable school, it'll boost your credentials.
