If you step back to look at the forest...
Don't sweat it so much. Apply to all. It's like applying to an Ivy when you are an iffy cnadidate. Apply to several and see if you get any. The odds are very tough. And the interviewing is good practice from one firm to the next. |

hehehe... I appreciate you watching my back when I'm away, TCO, but I do have to say that when I'm recruiting, I want to see that somebody has studied the firms enough to notice the differences between BCG, Bain, and McK (preferably without being told). The culture, operating policies, client work, approach, etc. are quite different. I suspect that BCG and Bill Bain parted ways for more than just trivial reasons.
