I've done my research and this is what I've come up with: All do the same work. Mckinsey hard to get in and stay in, long hours. BCG very academic. Bain, nice culture.

Actually that is a pithy start. I think the much bigger and more important thing is the difference between those 3, and other jobs, than the difference among them. But you have got the start of stereotyupes of the 3.
Net, net. I would get into the most prestigious (Mck, BCG, then Bain) or the one that give you the geography you want. but a much more crucial question to ask is whether you should be at any of them.
