how to get into top consulting firms

I have a B.A in MIS and Marketing but not from an Ivy league nor a renown college. I have 4 years helpdesk experience. Do I have a chance to work for the big consulting firms? I presently want to get into Project Management/Business Analysis in the tech arena. I may pursue my (MCSE) Microsoft Certified Software Engineer certification on top of my A+ certification. What are my chances? Entry level or as an experienced Project manager?
