If any of you have ever noticed, the good majority of the people who post messages on the Accenture message board have almost nothing good to say. What I am wondering is what do non-Accenturites think? With honesty, what do you all think are the goods and the bads of Accenture? |

The recruiting industry regards Accenture exceptionally highly. It is probably the worlds best truly global firm with a nack for developing well rounded executives. Sadly, based on these boards they don't seem to be preaching ego management. I have seen too many Accenture alumni (or to-be alumni) who think they are worth more than they actually are - especially at consultant level).
I think Accenture breeds a really good pool of future leaders and I typically take them ahead of the rest. Message to some of you - "realize you have a silver spoon and take it out!!!"
