Seems like it's pretty much right on.
My reactions:
1. The concept of "full service" consulting is fatally flawed. McK is correct that it will be virtualy impossible for AC strat to reccomend a non-software and/or non-AC solution. Is this really serving the client? Rumor has it AC is already using strat engagements as a loss leader for follow-on work.
2. The e-strat firms (Zefer, Scient) don't have this problem, since every new venture is a totally holistic endevour, but they will have it if they grow into more traditional strat roles.
