From personal experience and feedback, I understand that the standard window is two years. Also, I heard that it's not exactly a black list; it's more that with the passage of time and additional experience, you will be more attractive for them to talk to. |

Exeption is if you were dinged as a junior and are reapplying as a senior. In that case, you're encouraged to reapply. It's a lot harder to get an internship than a full-time offer.
