I interviewed with SCA... and came away unimpressed. While there appears to be a lot of Ivy Leaguers around, I'm sure they didn't pick SCA over another more established consulting firm. SCA's history is in employee incentives, thus face a long uphill battle in building a credible management consulting business. |

What made you unimpressed about the company? How was the interview like? I heard their offices were so shabby it would be shameful to take a client there? Is this true? I hear they are too laid back, almost to a fault. How was the compensation like? What were Ivy Leaguers doing at such an unimpressive company? Do you think it was because they were big consulting company rejects? What practice areas and what kinds of consulting companies are you looking at? Which branch did you interview at? What are possibilities for career advancement in your opinion?
Your insight will be appreciated!
