Confused graduate,
Hi all I just graduated from UCLA and after several months of unsuccessful recruiting I decided to work for my back up- which is the FAS group at Deloitte and Touch??. My question is I want to eventually get into Management and Strategy Consulting and would like any suggestions on how I would go about doing that???? I decided to stay at Deloitte for one year, until my CPA certification is complete and then attempting to transfer into a management consulting firm???? ?? Want to know if this is feasible and if so what will I need to do to make my self a top candidate. Is the CPA worth it? If I take the job with Deloitte will It be hard to move into the financial industry??? Any other career paths I should look at? Currently in the process of attaining my brokers license, (do not know if this will help in anyway), and graduated UCLA -top 20%. Want to work at a good firm to get into a top 5 b-school....
Thank you to all for your help. Any suggestion will be Very helpful??..

I am actually interested in learning more about the FAS division at Deloitte. I also graduated from UCLA and I have been working as a financial consultant for 2 yrs. Is it possible for you to give me some insight as to what it's like working there?
