I came across Credo the other day - they are a competitor to my employer.
I said ??25K as a starting salary assuming you were a recent graduate. That is what they should pay you as good graduate with language skills in strategy consultancy.
But if you already have experience (as you say) you should look for more. If you have two years experience yu should be looking more at ??40K.

What other strat firms would you consider in London? I know only the bigger firms (OC & C, Spetrum Strategy, Bain ecc) - but I am sure there are many smaller firms which I just don't know of.
