At present I have done a phone interview and a numerical test on-line and I am waiting for them to call me to see if I will attend the final round.
I think I will get a case study, market sizing and so on.....

I came across Credo Group the other day - they are a competitor to my employer.
I would definately ask for ??25K starting salary minimum.
You should also get a bonus (5-15% of salary is a little tight, but if you get between 15% and 25% of salary you are doing well).
Credo will be struggling a little in the current economic climate so they may try and get away with paying you less but I think much less than what I have set out is uncompetitive.
