The most common [and easiest] way to get a job with a management consulting firm is by getting an MBA and going through on-campus recruiting.

hi sparky
thanks for your advice. MBA sounds like a good idea for this but then i will have to get at 3/4 years of experience before doing an MBA. Having 4 years of experience in project management (Construction industry) and an MBA, will i be able to switch industries as i would only like to work in the construction industry till i do an MBA and would like to change industries after that. thanks in advance.
