I have a masters degree in MIS from New Jersey and am currently working for a construction company(in boston) as a project scheduler and am using Primavera Projects Planner. I would like to get into the Management and strategy consulting industry after getting a couple of years of project management experience. just wanted some insight and advice from people working in the industry.
what additional skillsets do i need to acquire to help me get a job in that industry.

The most common [and easiest] way to get a job with a management consulting firm is by getting an MBA and going through on-campus recruiting.
