I am trying to tap into the consulting field and am finging it quite difficult to even find contacts. My undergraduate degree (Journalism/Public Relations)was from Ohio State University in 2000. I am currently enrolled at the University of Phoenix online for a Master's in Marketing degree. Can anyone offer any advice? |

Its very difficult to get serious attention from big name consulting firms with an "online degree". (just being honest) I researched out the internet option and decided against the online degree because it is not as respected as a traditional program. You'd be smart to try to find a respectable local program and try to transfer your credits in, then network with other alumni.
I know its tough advice, but I ran into the same situation.
