I am trying to obtain advice on how to get into consulting. I would like to engage in biotech./health care consulting in the long run. What should I do to better my chances with a top firm that have services in these arenas.
How do consulting firms pick candidates? Are grades the foremost criteria to them? I will be graduating from UC Berkeley with a 3.0. What could someone like me to better my chances to get into consulting... what area of work experience should I look for, or would an MBA be necessary down the line?
