My main motivation for working in strategy consulting is to learn a lot, work with motivated people and lay a solid base for the rest of my career (I'm not planning on doing this for years and years). |

Go to Bain.
The firms are quite similar in the sorts of people they have, but many people won't have heard of OC&C, so it will not look as good on the CV.
I had offers from these two also, chose elsewhere, but would have been happy at Bain.
