My company is not at all like OC&C. We do work hard but the culture is very different. OC&C is not a boutique - it may have used thave called itself one but now it is an establihed strategy consultancy. I do not agree that they have a very specialised niche either. They will pitch for anything that is "strategy." They are also not known for their industry knowledge. OC&C are known because they employ very intelligent people who are good at solving problems. And this is the reason why I said they are not a bad place to work... |

OK, I do understand now what you are emphasising. Thanks for clarifying this and of course for all your help.
You are writing a lot about your company and that your culture is quite different from the OC&C ones. Your place sounds like a good consulting company to work for ;-) Thus what makes your culture so special i.e. compared to OC&C ?
