I need advice on choosing a firm/culture to fit my experiences. I am currently a college baseball coach and ex-player, currently enrolled in low-mid level MBA program in Baltimore. As a people manager and excellent communicator, I would like to find a firm that applaudes creative problem solving and cultivates management consulting. Any advice would be appreciated.
