...but I work for a small boutique that competes with OC&C so I am familair with them.
They are a British version of M/B/B and if you do some time there you should be well placed for an MBA or to move to a corporate. If you decide you want to become a banker they are one of the best consultancies to work for if you want to try that switch. |

As you are working for a competitor you must be quite familiar with the consulting business. And working in this industry is always hard, I think it's the same with your company.
As far as I know they have about 300 consultants around the world, that's seems to be a boutique consultancy as well. And they have a very specialised niche and probably a lot of knowledge their practice fields.
