Hi all ,
I am a recent graduate(Master's Degree in Operation Research from a above average university(Univ of cincinnati) .I am looking for a career in management consutling !
Based upon my background i am looking to start as an analyst/ associate (realist view) and then may be move up or go for MBA from top school.
Well the only problem . although i have good grades and good academic record ..I not a top 1O university graduate!!!! or a PhD student.
But , I do have two years of experience in research and development for a leading automobile company.
The other problem I am worried about is getting call for interview based on my good (not exceptional) credentials and university.I am a bit apprehensive here. How is this going to affect my chances. ? any idea
I know that I have in me what it takes to be succesful out there and can rip right through those cases !!!!..but i just need one opportunity to do it prove it to them !!!
I would really appreciate if you guys can share some of your experience about these issues .!!!
thanks
Appreciate your help!!!!
