In fact the range is even wider. Obviously, partners with expertise in "hot" areas (or practices) will get paid more b/c they can sell more work. Since you don't know what those areas will be in 10 years when you make partner, build your skills in the foundations of good client work instead. |

Are there any historic trends on what is generally selling better? Like strategy vs. organisation vs. technology?
