Hi there.. if you went to a top 5 MBA firm... it must have cost 60Gs+ in tuition right? In retrospect, do you think your MBA is worth it? Was the friends you meet, and the material you learned enough? cheers. |

I'm currently a software engineer at Raytheon.
I'm debating whether or not I should shoot for a top 10 school or shoot for your run of the mill MBA program.
It seems like a gamble. I wouldn't mind going 60Gs in the hole if I knew I was going to consistently make 6 figures indefinitely. Ex.MDs
However, in business, nothing is for sure. Therefore, I believe I will back out of the top schools and make the most at a bottom tier school.
Maybe I can work on a venture on the side while in school.
