I am working on a long, interesting project and my office is practically sold out and we are all billable. The only reason why people are quitting is because there is too much work.
Of course, I am seeing only one side of the equation. I know that other firms are not doing as well. |

According to your words, it seems that the M/B/B are getting better and better, but the little guys are getting worse and worse, right? What's your meaning?
What kind of firms don't run very well? I'm planning to get some experince in consulting at the second level firms now like the top 10-25 firms in vault ranking.
