I am working on a long, interesting project and my office is practically sold out and we are all billable. The only reason why people are quitting is because there is too much work.
Of course, I am seeing only one side of the equation. I know that other firms are not doing as well. |

The turnaround has been pretty remarkable around my office. Just since the new year, there has been a sharp uptick in amount of work (to the point when there's more project spots than people to fill them).
