Based on some of what I've been hearing recently, even people currently employed at the Big 3 (M/B/B) want to quit for a number of reasons, especially because the nature of the work is basically boring now. either really short boring research projects or no projects at all.
Would anyone else like to confirm or disagree with this? (preferably someone who is working at one of these firms or has the inside scoop?) What's going on? If this is true, why are people still working so hard to get these jobs? Isn't it a waste of time these days? |

I am working on a long, interesting project and my office is practically sold out and we are all billable. The only reason why people are quitting is because there is too much work.
Of course, I am seeing only one side of the equation. I know that other firms are not doing as well.
