Guys, just firing up for my first set of consulting interviews and have one quick question.
During the case interview, once they have given the question, whats an length of 'thinking-time' ie. is anything over 1-2 minutes excessive or frowned upon??

Divide the problem into 2-5 issues and get a good part of the subissues under each issue down. Further levels down of heirarchy can come during the talk as you pursue those areas that are most pormisiing and as your mind works alongside your mouth.
