Here is the situation:
I had second round with McKinsey on Friday and got the call back today. Apparently the people want me to meet with more members in the group.
I think that this is sort of a fit type interview since the last interviewers, senior people, told me that if they liked me I'd be invited back to meet the members of the team. If I don't screw this part up I will hopefully land a job with them.
At the same I signed with UBS over the summer in Fixed Income, Rates, and Currencies and due to a noncompetition agreement I can't sign up for a full time with McKinsey. So the team told me that they would pause my movement in the process.
They said it would be good coming in with more experience anyway and that they didn't want me to graduate early to accomodate them. So they told me to call them back when I wanted to come back in and resume this process. Anybody have a take on this??
