I recently had a final round interview for a financial analyst position at a consulting firm in New York. It was a super saturday affair and the questions were extremely technical. Anyway, I did extremely well with three of the interviewers. However I stumbled with the most senior of the interviewers. I was wondering if I could get some insight on what goes on when the interviewers come together to consider an offer. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks. |

Don't try to read these tea leaves. There are a lot of factors that go into the hiring decision and it's best to take it easy as much as you can.
