Recruiting Suggestion |

I need some help. My boss and I are in charge of the strategic planning and pricing strategies at a $250MM company located in central Ohio (which is part of a larger $2B company). We are a manufacturer in a very stable industry.
We are trying to find a smart and energetic person to compliment our team, but HR is not having much luck finding resumes. I know there are PLENTY of people looking for jobs, and my boss has given me the go-ahead to find some canidates.
Is anyone here interested in moving to Ohio?
Any advice,

Nick,
I would encourage you to directly contact the career development offices of universities with MBA programs. There are literally thousands of highly qualified candidates still available across numerous top-tier campuses (particulary midwest schools such as Michigan, UVA, Northwestern, Chicago, etc.)
These universities are eager to develop new employer relationships (especially in this environment) and most often will not charge a fee for you to post a job posting.
Good luck with your recruiting efforts.
