I have an informational phone "interview" with Strategic Decisions Group coming up. Their website seems really interesting--helping a lot of companies make big-bet decisions through stuff like decision analysis, real options, etc. Has anyone out there heard of them? How are they doing, what are they like? Any quick thoughts would be great. Thanks a lot!
