Sounds interesting. I'm not sure about the location, though. I think you can get someone good if you post a WSJ ad. Of course, you will have to weed through all the resumes. But if you specify top-level consulting experience, that will help.
I would also suggest going directly to some of the top firms and tell them what you are looking for. They are all still shedding people...and even in the good times, it was always accepted that people would be leaving.
Sounds like your ideal pick would be some young hard-charger whose family is in Ohio. I think such people exist, but this board seems rather low-traffic. And has a lot of undergrads. Worth a shot of course...congrats on the initiative...lots of time, the unexpected route works better than the normal one. Good luck!

Thanks for the info. It's funny, because when I lost my job in Austin, I was thrilled to move back near my family....in Ohio. I will contact some of the firms, but I will still leave the door open hear. I am so busy with my job, but I wanted to give someone here a chance at a great paying job. I remember I was searching these boards not too long ago!!!
