that others need not apply? What are the chances for being hired by top strategy consultancy in Toronto? Is it worse or better than other regions?
Any one from Toronto firms?

Apply all you want, but realize that outside of Ivey & Rotman, these firms simply do not hire from anywhere else in Canada. Many of their recruits are from Insead HBS, LBS, or other top B-Schools.
You can certainly try if you are a superstar, but in this environment, good luck.
