Accenture vs PA Consulting vs. Start-up |

I have a year's experience as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in Corp. Fin. and after spending a year travelling with 4 months of work as a Fin. Analyst in Oz thrown in, I am now contemplating what to do with the next two years before applying to B-School.
I have offers from Accenture, PA Consulting and an HR Consulting start-up with very high profile clients where my title would be Research Analyst and I'd be doing market/industry research and have a high degree of client contact. The firm is small though about 15 people. Pay is high at the startup, about $78,000 after bonus and the hours will likely be fairly regular, the company is unlikely to go bankrupt in the next two years. At present I am waiting to hear whether my Accenture offer will be IT or Strategy.
Which career route is going to appeal more to top-tier B-Schools? I've taken the GMAT and have gotten a 710, am female, went to a top-tier undergrad school and graduated with a 3.65 GPA. I'd ideally like to go into strategy consulting after B-school so appealing to the Mck/B/B folks is important. What should I do? What kind of reputation does PA Consulting have?
