I agree with Spaceboy, try to get interviews into the undergraduate programs. I am in a similar position to you with a year of experience at a bulge-bracket I-Bank and I had lots of difficulty getting interviews. Try calling up the people handling the undergrad programs and asking them what they think you should do. I had a few companies consider my application when they had originally rejected me because I called. The bigger issue is if you've already missed this years deadlines. Most places will already be full-up and unlikely to consider your app. Good luck to you!
