Vault has an excellent writeup on L.E.K. in the Companies research area of this web site. Also check the L.E.K message board to see what current employees are saying.
BTW, the writeup says it is a "high-end boutique founded by 3 ex-Bain & Company partners" and has "more than 500 employees" worldwide, which contradicts some opinions I have seen posted on this board.
