in terms of corporate finace and M&A work. Ibankers seem to get all the prestige, but how do consultants advise on ipos or mergers, is it similar to ibankers, with the scorching hours and pitchbooks. I am very interested in mergers and acquisitions and i am wondering if management consulting offers similar benefits as IB in terms of exit opportunites, business school, and all but not least money
