...but money doesn't buy you happiness, also for consultants. You have to like the job, be really persistent (above average work ethic won't cut it) and extremely talented or you will never last for 7-10 years at consulting rythms.

1.What do you mean that you may not last for 7-10 years? What forces one out? I assume that most of ACN's people are hard working and talented or they wouldn't be hired.
2.Gravy train - when you reach the top and are shoveling money into your bank account via paychecks.
