As someone who did just what you did. I doubt you will be hired as an experienced hire. Your skills just aren't recognized. Come in as a newbie and than leverage your year of experience to get promoted ahead of everyone. |

did you have difficulty getting an interview, or did you think it was about the same as it would have been had you gone through the interview process while still in school?
